MMOs

I think I mentioned this in the 'what are you playing' thread, but besides my deactivated WoW acct which I may open for Cata for a lil bit.. I also have tried out Warhammer online, I was in the beta with someone I was dating. I dunno.. something about the interface irked me, couldn't get into it, couldn't get into guild wars. I'm pretty MMO picky, so far only WoW stuck for a while, long enough to have an 80 and a 45 and a few chars that never got above 15.

Let's see, humm. I used to play quite a bit of WoW, Rappelz, Anarchy Online and Guild Wars. Those were the only ones that were/are of interest. Rest kind of came and fell just as easy.

I love MMOs. I've subscribed to so many it's not even funny XD But for the life of me I can't dedicate myself to one. Currently I'm playing World of Warcraft, but I'm neglecting it a bit. One of my favorites was Dungeon Fighter Online (it's free, so check it out!). Also, I doodled myself as the mage from DFO a while ago.

DFO is really, really fun. I just made an Exo and its incredibly entertaining how many combat options they have so early on. Still leveling my Zerker waiting for Frenzy...

But anyway, I've also tried out Guild Wars, FFXI, and City of Heroes/Villians. Guild wars/CoH couldn't really hold my interest, while FFXI is possibly one of the worst games I've ever played D:

I'm unsubbed from WoW currently, but when 4.0/Cata launch I'm definitely picking up the game again. Right now everythign in Wrath is so stale I just don't have the energy to play anymore.

MMO's are not typically my thing. I like FPS mostly (Not MW2 though, that game is shit)

However, this new Bioware starwars old republic MMO has caught the interest of the geek in me... :dance:

It's Bioware; they almost can't fail to make this awesome by default at this point. That said, I'm still mourning how lackluster Star Trek Online was, especially after all that buildup and tension; seriously hoping The Old Republic doesn't end up being similarly disappointing.

As mentioned in another thread, I've been known to play Dungeons and Dragons Online, though recently that's taken a back-burner to Lord of the Rings Online. Not much else going on by way of MMOs for me; I'm rather prone to avoiding subscription fees, at least until I get a more reliable income.

heh, yes i have a WoW account as well, think this happens to everyone at least once 😛 I am currently on the elune server with my undead warlock, i also have started a gnome mage too just so i can play alliance a bit with my mate. So if ya LFG on elune ill be around if i ever pay for the account again
